Recent reports from the SOA have n oted a slowdown in mortality improvement in the U.S. population. But how do es this trend translate to the life insurance population and how are carrie rs reacting? This session will break down mortality improvement trends thro ugh various lenses and discuss implications for the future of the life insu rance industry.
Life PBR around the corner: ind ustry insights and updates on key topics. The session will provide the audi ence with an industry overview and will expand on the main updates from the 2020 version of VM-20. Additionally, key insights from analysis to date an d regulatory hot topics will be discussed.
