Now that Congress passed the PPACA and the President signed it into law, the access and affordability problems have been solved, and with one stroke of the pen, the die has been cast, and all our budget woes have all been solved, right? Richard Foster will discuss topics such as his office’s analysis of the new legislation, the Medicare Trustees’ report, and the role of an independent actuarial office in the Federal government.
